Quality & Safety

Quality you can understand. Safety we take seriously.

How we think about quality

At AMRITLEAF, quality and food safety are fundamental to the products we aim to bring to our customers. We are building our operations around responsible sourcing, hygienic handling, appropriate processing, proper storage, clear product information and traceability.

As our operations develop, we intend to strengthen these systems with appropriate registrations, testing, documentation and quality-control procedures applicable to each product and stage of our business.

Transparency matters to us: we will publish licence numbers, certifications and facility information only when they are officially issued and applicable to the relevant product or operation.

Our quality approach

We believe quality begins well before a product reaches the package.

Our intended process covers the complete product journey:

1. Responsible raw material sourcing

We work toward sourcing agricultural and plant-based raw materials from suitable farmers, producers and suppliers. Where practical, we evaluate factors such as raw material quality, freshness and condition, supplier information, product specifications, and appropriate storage and handling.

2. Cleaning & sorting

Raw materials are intended to be appropriately inspected, cleaned and sorted according to the nature of the product. The objective is to remove unsuitable material and maintain consistency before further processing.

3. Appropriate processing

Processing methods will depend on the product. This may include drying, grinding, sieving, blending and other appropriate food-processing operations. We aim to use processing methods suitable for the individual ingredient while avoiding unnecessary processing.

4. Quality checks

We intend to implement appropriate checks throughout the production and packaging process. Depending on the product, these may include appearance, colour, aroma, moisture, texture, weight, packaging integrity and other relevant specifications. Where laboratory testing is required or appropriate, testing will be conducted through suitable facilities.

5. Hygienic packaging & storage

Products are intended to be packed in suitable food-grade packaging and stored under conditions appropriate for maintaining product quality and safety. We aim to maintain appropriate controls for clean handling, packaging integrity, storage conditions, pest prevention, product identification and stock rotation.

Batch identification & traceability

Traceability is an important part of our long-term quality system.

Where implemented, batch identification will allow us to connect a finished product with relevant information about its production, processing and packaging.

Our goal is to progressively strengthen our ability to trace products through the supply chain—from raw material and processing to finished product and customer.

Product-specific batch, manufacturing and expiry information will be provided on the packaging where applicable.

Testing & product verification

Different products can require different quality parameters and testing requirements.

Where testing is conducted, relevant information may include parameters such as:

  • Microbiological safety
  • Moisture content
  • Product purity
  • Physical and chemical parameters
  • Contaminant or residue parameters, where applicable
  • Other product-specific requirements

We will not present laboratory results, certifications or quality claims unless they are supported by applicable documentation.

Testing information will be published for specific products when available and appropriate.

Food safety & regulatory compliance

AMRITLEAF intends to operate in accordance with the food-safety and regulatory requirements applicable to the products and activities we undertake.

Our approach is to obtain and maintain the registrations, licences and approvals required for the relevant stage of our operations.

  • GSTIN: 27ACOFA4243M1Z0
  • FSSAI Licence / Registration: [TO BE ADDED]
  • Manufacturing / processing facility: details to be published once applicable
  • Laboratory testing: details to be published where applicable
  • Organic certification: published only for products that hold applicable third-party certification

Certifications & claims

We believe certifications should be earned, documented and accurately represented.

AMRITLEAF will not display certification logos or make certification claims that we do not hold.

For example, we will not describe the company as “FSSAI Certified”, because FSSAI primarily provides food licences/registrations rather than a general certification of a business.

When applicable, we will use accurate terminology such as:

  • FSSAI Licensed
  • FSSAI Registered
  • Certified Organic — only where the specific product holds applicable certification
  • Other certification claims — only where valid documentation exists

Certification status can vary by product, facility and certification scope, so customers should refer to the specific product information and documentation where provided.

Product information

We aim to provide customers with clear information about every product we sell.

Depending on the product, this may include:

  • Ingredients
  • Net quantity
  • Batch/lot number
  • Manufacturing/packaging date
  • Best before/expiry
  • Storage instructions
  • Usage information
  • Manufacturer/packer details
  • Applicable licence information

The information printed on the product packaging should be considered the primary reference for product-specific details.

Complaints, withdrawal & recall

Customer safety comes first.

If a potential quality or safety issue is identified, we intend to follow an appropriate investigation and response process.

This may include:

  • Recording the customer complaint or issue
  • Identifying the relevant product and batch
  • Investigating the reported issue
  • Reviewing available production and quality records
  • Taking appropriate corrective action
  • Withdrawing or recalling affected products where necessary
  • Communicating relevant information to affected customers or authorities where required

Our goal is to address issues promptly, responsibly and transparently.

We welcome your feedback

Quality is an ongoing process, and customer feedback helps us improve.

If you have a question about a product, packaging, quality, sourcing or safety, please contact us.

Our commitment

AMRITLEAF is being built with a long-term commitment to quality, transparency and responsible growth.

We will continue developing our sourcing, processing, testing, traceability and food-safety systems as our operations expand.

We don't believe quality should be just a claim on a package—it should be part of how the product gets there.
