1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms govern use of the AMRITLEAF website and purchases from AMRITLEAF LLP (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Products, pricing and availability
All products on this website are sold by AMRITLEAF, not by third-party sellers. Product information, images and prices are provided in good faith but may change. An order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject it (for example due to stock, pricing error or suspected fraud). Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout where calculated.
4. Orders, payment and promotions
Payment methods available at checkout may include online payment gateways and cash on delivery where offered. Promotions and coupons are subject to the Promotions Terms and any stated conditions. We may refuse orders that appear fraudulent.
5. Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds
Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds are described in the Shipping, Cancellation, and Returns & Refunds policies. Those policies form part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under Indian law are not excluded.
6. Product use and food disclaimer
AMRITLEAF products are food, nutritional or herbal products according to their legal classification. They are not medicines unless a specific product is lawfully classified and labelled as such. Information on this site does not replace professional medical advice. Read ingredients and allergen information before use.
7. Intellectual property and user content
AMRITLEAF is a brand/trademark of AMRITLEAF LLP. Website content belongs to AMRITLEAF LLP or its licensors. Reviews and other user content must be genuine. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, irrelevant, infringing or unsafe.
8. Prohibited use and liability
You may not misuse the site, scrape it abusively, or interfere with its security. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian consumer or other mandatory law. We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
9. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Solapur, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
